About this item

Care Instructions:

Opening:

Upon unboxing your yoga mat, you may notice a mild and harmless odor. To address this, kindly unroll the mat and allow it to ventilate for 1-2 days before using. Initially, your new yoga mat may have curled corners, but these will naturally flatten over time, leaving you with a perfectly even practice surface. When storing, rolling the mat inside out can be beneficial.

Cleaning:

Please refrain from submerging or soaking your mat in water. Instead, use a vinegar/water solution to spray your mat and then gently wipe it with a soft cloth. Regularly employing this method will ensure your mat remains fresh and hygienic.

Drying:

When drying your mat, choose a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight. Hanging the mat is preferred as it allows for better air circulation across the surface. Avoid using a dryer, as it may intensify the rubber odor and harm the material. If your mat becomes slightly damp, you can gently press it between two towels before allowing it to air-dry.

Storing:

Extended exposure to sunlight can lead to fading and brittleness, rendering the mat unusable. To preserve your mat's quality, we recommend storing it in a mat bag when not in use and keeping it away from direct sunlight.
