Warranty Policy

The standard product warranty is applicable from the date of purchase as outlined below:

• Cardio & Strength Training Equipment: A 1-year warranty is provided.
• Weight Benches: Warranty is not applicable.
• Billiard/Snooker Table, Foosball Table, Air Hockey Table, TT Table: Warranty is not applicable.
• Weights & Bars: Warranty is not applicable.
• Massage Chairs / Massage Devices: A 1-year warranty is provided for all brands.
• Bikes: A 1-year warranty is applicable for the frame.
• Accessories and other categories: Warranty is not applicable.

Warranty coverage is restricted to manufacturing defects only. It is limited to the supply of defective parts/components approved by our technical service team. For commercial equipment warranty, customers are requested to contact our store or the dedicated customer service team.

The following cases are not covered by the warranty:

• Normal wear & tear.
• Wrong assembly of the part, either by the customer or a third party.
• Lack of proper maintenance.
• Use of corrosive products for maintenance.
• Failure to follow safety and user guidelines, including user weight conditions.
• Damages caused by external factors unrelated to the quality of the equipment.
• Damage caused by natural disasters or environmental factors.
