About this item

Discover the Plate Loaded Iso-Lateral Low Row in a black color. This machine was designed to mimic natural human movements. It features separate weight horns that enable independent diverging and converging motions, promoting balanced strength development and offering diverse muscle stimulation. Its unique range of motion contrasts with that of the decline press.

The path of motion is the inverse of the Iso-Lateral Decline Press, facilitating effective push/pull exercises. An additional handle supports user stabilization during one-arm workouts. The Iso-Lateral design ensures equal development of strength across both sides.

Superior Design for Superior Results

Advanced CAD Software: Utilizes sophisticated Computer Aided Design (CAD) software and years of collaboration with athletes and coaches to ensure each plate-loaded machine mimics the most natural, ergonomically-correct motion paths, both on and off the field.

Iso-Lateral Technology

Smooth Motion: Iso-Lateral technology provides the smoothest converging and diverging arcs of motion in the industry.
Versatile Movement: Allows users to move both limbs simultaneously, one at a time, alternately, or with different weights for each limb.

Advanced Performance Training

Standard Features: Includes standard weight horns for efficient weight storage and rubber feet to protect the frame and prevent slipping.
Optional Features: Offers various optional features depending on the specific machine.

Best Total Body Training

Movement-Based Design: Ground Base machines focus on movement rather than isolated muscles, engaging multiple muscle groups for comprehensive total body training and functional benefits.

Safe and Controllable

Low Starting Resistance: Ground Base machines offer low starting resistance, closely replicating real-life movements for sports-specific or functional training in a safe, controllable, and repeatable environment.
