Should you find yourself not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer free returns within a 7-day period. A full refund will be provided if the return is initiated within this timeframe. To be eligible for a return, it is imperative that your item remains unused, unopened, unworn, and in the same pristine condition as received, with the original packaging intact. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process. We kindly request that any defects discovered in the item be reported to us within 1 business day from the date of delivery.

Please note that all Fitness & Sports equipment is non-refundable once unboxed or installed, without exception. In the event of any mechanical defects in the equipment, the product shall be promptly replaced or repaired at no cost.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Orders may only be cancelled within 6 hours from the time of online card payment. Once orders have been dispatched, cancellation is no longer feasible, and a return request must be submitted instead.

Refund Procedure:

Upon receipt and inspection of the return shipment, refund payment will be processed within 7-14 working days. Once approved, your refund will be credited via the same original method of payment used for the purchase.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Opening: When you first unwrap your yoga mat, you may notice a faint, harmless odor. To alleviate this, it's a good idea to unroll the mat and allow it to air out for 1-2 days before using it. Initially, your new yoga mat may have curled corners, but over time, these will naturally flatten out. To help with this, consider storing the mat inside out when not in use.

Cleaning: Because natural rubber mats have a more porous cell structure compared to other rubber varieties, they tend to absorb moisture. It's important not to submerge or soak your natural rubber mat in water. Instead, spray the mat with a mixture of vinegar and water, then wipe it clean with a soft cloth. Regularly following this cleaning routine will help maintain the freshness and hygiene of your mat.

Drying: When drying your mat, be sure to place it away from direct sunlight in a well-ventilated area. Hanging the mat is ideal, as it allows air to circulate freely across its surface. Avoid using a dryer, as it can intensify the rubber smell and potentially damage the material. If your mat becomes excessively wet, gently press it between two towels before letting it air-dry.

Storing: Prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause your mat to fade and become brittle, rendering it unusable. To prevent this, it's advisable to store your mat in a mat bag when it's not in use and to keep it away from direct sunlight. This will help preserve the quality and longevity of your yoga mat.
