NordicTrack Recumbent Bike R35

NordicTrack has a strong reputation for producing top-notch cardio equipment, and the R35 recumbent bike is certainly no exception. Crafted from a robust steel frame, it ensures durability and stability, while the generously-sized seat offers a level of comfort rarely found in exercise bikes. For those who crave cutting-edge technology, the 14-inch touchscreen monitor is a standout feature, granting access to a vast library of over 16,000 iFit classes that allow you to virtually "travel" the world during your rides.

During these interactive classes, the R35's intelligent system automatically adjusts the resistance across its 26 levels to mimic the terrain, but you always have the option to manually control it if needed. If you're keen on tracking your workout metrics, you'll appreciate how they are prominently displayed at the top of the monitor. However, it's worth noting that there are no built-in pulse sensors, so we recommend using a separate heart rate monitor or fitness tracker for accurate heart rate and calorie burn readings. The flywheel is a crucial component for exercise bikes as it influences the smoothness of your ride. A heavier flywheel provides more momentum and stability, making it easier to maintain a consistent pace. While some bikes boast a hefty 40-pound flywheel, the 25-pound flywheel on the R35 is commendable. It strikes a balance, offering ample momentum for a seamless ride without requiring excessive effort to start and stop.

In summary, the NordicTrack Commercial R35 Exercise Bike is an excellent choice for those who prioritize technology in their exercise equipment. Its 26 levels of magnetic resistance cater to riders of all skill levels, from beginners to experts. Additionally, the seamless integration of iFit for streaming workouts is a major advantage for anyone seeking a dynamic and engaging exercise experience.
