Should you find yourself not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer free returns within a 7-day period. A full refund will be provided if the return is initiated within this timeframe. To be eligible for a return, it is imperative that your item remains unused, unopened, unworn, and in the same pristine condition as received, with the original packaging intact. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process. We kindly request that any defects discovered in the item be reported to us within 1 business day from the date of delivery.

This exceptional bench is constructed with a heavy gauge 3-inch round stock steel mainframe, ensuring durability and stability. The seat and back pads offer 9 adjustable positions, each a full 2ÃÂ¦ inches thick, guaranteeing comfort and support without bottoming out.

The FID46 bench is a perfect fit for various barbell and dumbbell exercises, making it a versatile addition to Power Racks, Smith Machines, and even the most robust leverage gym systems available. Notably, it facilitates a wide range of upper body exercises, and its leg developer allows for concentrated lower body workouts.

Perform leg extensions with full 90-degree seat back support, and lying leg curls from the traditional arched prone position for a comprehensive lower body training experience.

Please note that the FID46 bench is specifically designed for use with the SBL460 and is compatible with Olympic-style plates only. Weight plates and collar are optional and not included.
