About this item

The 4 feet Olympic Curl Bar is constructed from high-quality steel, ensuring superior strength, toughness, and welding performance, along with enhanced corrosion resistance to prevent rusting. The sleeve surface undergoes electroplating treatment, resulting in a smooth and visually appealing finish. The double knurling design on the grip enhances friction between the hand and the bar, improving grip stability. Additionally, the bending bar design helps alleviate wrist pressure and reduces the risk of injury during triceps exercises.
