About this item

The brilliance of our time-honored product, the Lifecycle Exercise Bike, is evident in every detail of its design, from the sturdy frame to the user-friendly console. This exceptionally durable cardio equipment maximizes space utilization and empowers exercisers to achieve their fitness goals.

The Biomechanically Efficient Design of the Activate upright bike adheres to our tradition of optimizing body positioning. A simple seat adjustment, combined with precise crank, handlebar, and seat position geometry, ensures an ergonomic and effective workout experience.

Heart Rate Monitoring is seamlessly integrated into the design. Lifepulse digital heart rate monitoring hand sensors are conveniently placed on the handlebars, providing accurate heart rate data. Additionally, Polar telemetry enables hands-free heart rate monitoring when used with an optional chest strap.

Self-Powered Convenience: These energy-efficient bikes operate based on human movement, allowing flexibility in placement within a facility. No electrical cords or outlets are necessary (although models with an optional 17inch TV on a stand do require power).

The Reliable Belt Drive System is custom-designed for quiet operation and minimal maintenance.

Comfort Adjustments: Easily adjustable ski-boot style pedal straps and 38 seat adjustment positions ensure that each person can find their most comfortable riding position.

The Intuitive Console features clear and simple controls, providing exercisers with easy directions for quick start or pre-programmed workouts. The workout summary also offers valuable feedback.
