The specially designed Impulse IF9324 Lateral Raise targets and strengthens the deltoid muscles. Users can select the right weight, extend their arms, and rotate the roller pad for effective training. The larger arm roller pad provides more contact with the arms, making training comfortable. The seat height is adjustable to fit users of different heights and arm lengths, with a yellow circle pivot for easy position selection.
