This is provided that the product remains in its original packaging, unopened, or unused, and is subsequently sent back to us within 7 days of receipt. We kindly request that any defects discovered in the item be reported to us within 1 business day from the date of delivery. Regarding shoes and apparel, returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, in its original unsealed packaging, and includes all tags.
