With regards to installation, a proficient engineer will coordinate the setup of your home equipment at a time that aligns with your schedule. Please be advised that installation services are exclusively offered for selected Sports & Fitness equipment. Items such as Brackets, Pull-Up Bars, or Hooks for Punching Bags are ineligible for installation provision.

This is provided that the product remains in its original packaging, unopened, or unused, and is subsequently sent back to us within 7 days of receipt. Upon thorough examination of the returned product, a refund will be processed within 4-10 working days. To facilitate the return process, a receipt or proof of purchase is requisite. We kindly request that any defects discovered in the item be reported to us within 1 business day from the date of delivery. It is important to note that all Fitness & Sports equipment is non-refundable once unboxed or installed, under any circumstances. Order Cancellation Policy:
Orders may only be cancelled within 6 hours from the time of online card payment. Once orders have been dispatched, cancellation is no longer feasible; instead, a return request must be submitted.

For equipment requiring installation, returns cannot be accommodated post-delivery and installation at the customer's premises. Regarding shoes and apparel, returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, in its original unsealed packaging, and includes all tags. All return requests must be made within three days of purchase.
