Please be advised that installation services are exclusively available for selected Sports & Fitness Equipments. Items such as Brackets, Pull-Up Bars, or Hooks for Punching Bags are exempt from installation provision. Installation will be conducted within 2 days following the receipt of the shipment.

All Fitness & Sports equipment, once unboxed or installed, is deemed non-refundable under any circumstances. However, in the event of any mechanical defect on the equipment, rest assured that the product shall be promptly replaced or repaired at no charge.
