Delivery Information

We deliver all over the United Arab Emirates – Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and all other Emirates. Once the order is confirmed, it generally takes 1-3 working days for delivery completion. We also offer free shipping for all orders. For international shipping, please check with us over email or phone to get the rates.

Return Information

If you’d like to return an item, contact our friendly Customer Service Team at +971 56 963 6500, email at [email protected], within 7 days of receiving your item, provided the product is still in its original packaging, unopened, or unused and send back to us within 7 days of receiving the item. After examining the condition of the returned product, a refund will be done within 4-10 working days. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please make sure to contact us within 1 business day from the day your order is delivered if you find any defects in the item.

All Fitness & Sports equipment is not refundable once unboxed/installed, under any circumstances. In case of any mechanical defect on the equipment, the product shall be replaced or repaired free of charge

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours from the time of online card payment. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled, you will have to submit a return request.

Installation Service

A qualified engineer will set up your home equipment at a time that suits you. Installation is available only for selected Sports & Fitness equipment. No Installation shall be provided for items like Brackets/ Pulls up bars / Hooks for Punching bags.


To request a return and refund, you must do so within 7 days of receiving the product and the item must be in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 2-5 working days after evaluating the condition of the returned item. Please note that this policy does not apply to pre-ordered or manufacturing items.

The following categories, however, are not covered by this policy:

For equipment that requires installation, returns cannot be processed after delivery and installation at the customer's premises. However, if a manufacturing defect is detected during installation, the faulty part will be replaced at no cost or the entire machine will be replaced. Refunds will be initiated within 2-5 working days after evaluating the returned product's condition.

For shoes and apparel, returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, in its original unsealed packaging, and includes all tags. All returns must be requested within three days of purchase. We cannot accept returns on sealed products, and we also cannot accept returns on the following items due to hygiene reasons: nutrition products, wearable technology, mats, socks, towels, gloves, insoles, bandages, hand wraps, and similar items.
