All Fitness & Sports equipment, once unboxed or installed, is deemed non-refundable under any circumstances. Upon receipt and thorough inspection of the return shipment, the refund payment will be processed within 7-14 working days. Once approved, your refund will be promptly processed, and the credited amount will be returned via the same original method of payment utilized for the purchase.

Additionally, the product has successfully passed a rigorous drop test, enduring 20,000 drops from a standard height without any damage.
