Description

The hex bar, also known as the trap bar, is specifically engineered to enhance the "lockout" phase of the bench press while reducing shoulder strain. Moreover, it provides beginners with an opportunity to enhance their deadlifts with minimal stress on their backs.

Constructed from welded steel, the bar features a unique hexagonal shape and has handles with a 33 mm diameter. These parallel knurled handles, also measuring 33 mm in diameter, can be effortlessly switched during workouts by rotating the bar.
