Description
HOIST Fitness RS-1502 Lateral Raise Machine - Commercial Shoulder Strength Equipment
Build stronger, broader, and more defined shoulders with the HOIST Fitness RS-1502 Lateral Raise Machine. Designed with advanced ROC-IT technology, this premium selectorized strength machine delivers natural biomechanics, enhanced core engagement, and precise lateral deltoid isolation. Ideal for commercial gyms, performance training centers, and serious home gym users, the RS-1502 provides controlled, effective, and safe shoulder training.
Key Features
ROC-IT Rocking Motion Technology
The RS-1502 incorporates patented rocking torso movement that moves the body forward during the lift. This dynamic motion increases deltoid activation while engaging core muscles, creating a more functional and effective shoulder workout compared to traditional static machines.
Swiveling Stabilizer Handles
Ergonomically designed handles automatically adjust to the user's arm position. This promotes natural shoulder alignment, reduces joint stress, and ensures consistent lateral raise mechanics throughout the full range of motion.
Bi-Lateral and Single-Arm Training
The machine supports both simultaneous dual-arm raises and unilateral training. Users can isolate one shoulder at a time to correct muscle imbalances and improve symmetry while maintaining smooth resistance.
Adjustable Seat for Proper Alignment
An easy-to-adjust seat height allows users of different sizes to align their shoulders correctly with the machine pivot point. Proper alignment enhances comfort, performance, and safety during every repetition.
Commercial-Grade Construction
Built for durability in high-traffic environments, the RS-1502 features a heavy-duty frame, precision components, and a high-capacity weight stack designed for long-term reliability.
