All Fitness & Sports equipment, once unboxed or installed, is deemed non-refundable under any circumstances. Upon receipt and thorough inspection of the return shipment, the refund payment will be processed within 7-14 working days. Once approved, your refund will be promptly processed, and the credited amount will be returned via the same original method of payment utilized for the purchase.
