However, for specific regions including Jazan, Abu Arish, Samtah, Tathleeth, Abha, Khamit Mushait, and Sana'a, an installation fee of SAR500 applies.
Installation Service:
Our esteemed customers can avail themselves of our installation service, wherein a qualified engineer will meticulously set up your home equipment at a time that aligns with your schedule. Please be advised that installation services are exclusively available for selected Sports & Fitness Equipments. Items such as Brackets, Pull-Up Bars, or Hooks for Punching Bags are exempt from installation provision. Installation will be conducted within 2 days following the receipt of the shipment.

All Fitness & Sports equipment, once unboxed or installed, is deemed non-refundable under any circumstances. However, in the event of any mechanical defect on the equipment, rest assured that the product shall be promptly replaced or repaired at no charge.
Refund Procedure:
Upon receipt and thorough inspection of the return shipment, the refund payment will be processed within 7-14 working days. Once approved, your refund will be promptly processed, and the credited amount will be returned via the same original method of payment utilized for the purchase.
