Installation Service:

Our esteemed customers can avail themselves of our professional installation service, wherein a qualified engineer will meticulously set up your home equipment at a time that suits your schedule. Please note that installation services are exclusively available for selected Sports & Fitness equipment. Items such as Brackets, Pull-Up Bars, or Hooks for Punching bags are not eligible for installation provision.

Return Procedure:

Should you wish to initiate a return for an item, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at +971 56 963 6500 or via email at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item. The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, or unused, and returned to us within 7 days of receipt. Upon examining the condition of the returned product, a refund will be processed within 4-10 working days. To facilitate the return process, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. We kindly request that any defects in the item be reported to us within 1 business day from the date of delivery.

Refund Policy:

Please note that all Fitness & Sports equipment is non-refundable once unboxed or installed, under any circumstances. However, in the event of any mechanical defect on the equipment, the product shall be promptly replaced or repaired free of charge.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours from the time of online card payment. Once orders have been shipped, cancellation is no longer feasible; instead, a return request must be submitted.
