Return Procedure:

Should you wish to initiate a return for an item, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at +971 56 963 6500 or via email at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item. The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, or unused, and returned to us within 7 days of receipt. Upon examining the condition of the returned product, a refund will be processed within 4-10 working days. To facilitate the return process, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. We kindly request that any defects in the item be reported to us within 1 business day from the date of delivery.

Refund Policy:

Please note that all Fitness & Sports equipment is non-refundable once unboxed or installed, under any circumstances. However, in the event of any mechanical defect on the equipment, the product shall be promptly replaced or repaired free of charge.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours from the time of online card payment. Once orders have been shipped, cancellation is no longer feasible; instead, a return request must be submitted.

Upon unwrapping your yoga mat, you may notice a mild, harmless odor. We recommend unrolling and allowing your mat to air out for 1-2 days before using it. Initially, your new yoga mat might have slightly curled corners, but these will gradually flatten over time. To aid this process, consider storing the mat inside out when not in use.

Cleaning:

Our natural rubber mats have a more porous cell structure compared to other rubber types, which means they can absorb moisture. To clean your mat, avoid immersing or soaking it in water. Instead, use a vinegar and water solution to spray the mat, then gently wipe it down with a soft cloth. Regular cleaning with this method will help maintain the freshness and hygiene of your mat.

Drying:

When drying your mat, choose a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight. Hanging the mat is preferable because it allows air to circulate freely across the surface. Avoid using a dryer, as it can intensify the rubber smell and potentially damage the material. If your mat becomes too wet, you can gently press it between two towels before letting it air-dry.

Storing:

Extended exposure to sunlight can cause the mat to fade and become brittle, rendering it unusable. We strongly recommend storing your mat in a mat bag when it's not in use and keeping it away from direct sunlight. This will help preserve the quality and longevity of your yoga mat.
