Please note that installation services are exclusively available for selected Sports & Fitness equipment. Items such as Brackets, Pull-Up Bars, or Hooks for Punching bags are not eligible for installation provision.

Return Procedure:

Should you wish to initiate a return for an item, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at +971 56 963 6500 or via email at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item. The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, or unused, and returned to us within 7 days of receipt. Upon examining the condition of the returned product, a refund will be processed within 4-10 working days. To facilitate the return process, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. We kindly request that any defects in the item be reported to us within 1 business day from the date of delivery.

Refund Policy:

Please note that all Fitness & Sports equipment is non-refundable once unboxed or installed, under any circumstances. However, in the event of any mechanical defect on the equipment, the product shall be promptly replaced or repaired free of charge.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours from the time of online card payment. Once orders have been shipped, cancellation is no longer feasible; instead, a return request must be submitted.

Opening:

When you first unroll your yoga mat, you might notice a faint but harmless odor. To address this, we recommend allowing your mat to air out for 1-2 days before use. Initially, your new yoga mat may have curled corners, but over time, these will naturally flatten, resulting in a beautifully even surface. When storing your mat, consider rolling it inside out for added convenience.

Cleaning:

Given that natural rubber has a more porous cell structure than other rubber types, it can absorb water. To clean your natural rubber mat, please avoid submerging or soaking it in water. Instead, use a vinegar and water solution to spray your mat and then gently wipe it down with a soft cloth. Regular use of this method will help maintain the freshness and hygiene of your mat.

Drying:

When it comes to drying your mat, choose a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight. Hanging your mat is the preferred method as it allows air to circulate freely over the surface. Avoid using a dryer, as it could intensify the rubber smell and potentially damage the material. If your mat becomes slightly too wet, you can gently press it between two towels before allowing it to air-dry.

Storing:

Exposing the mat to prolonged sunlight can lead to fading and brittleness, rendering it unusable. To safeguard your mat's longevity and quality, we suggest storing it in a mat bag when not in use and keeping it away from direct sunlight.
