The NordicTrack EXP 7i is an entry-level treadmill from NordicTrack, featuring a 7" touch screen. It has a 55" x 20" belt, a top speed of 10 mph, and an incline up to 11.4%, making it suitable for walking and running, though more serious runners might seek additional features. The Runners Flex Cushioning offers excellent shock absorption for users up to 300 pounds. The redesigned console is straightforward and open, equipped with two bottle holders, a 7" screen, and a shelf for your personal device. Speed and incline adjustments are made exclusively via buttons next to the screen. Bluetooth connectivity allows you to connect a tablet, pair a heart rate monitor, or play music through the treadmill's speakers. The iFit app is a standout feature; when using iFit on the treadmills display, it automatically adjusts speed and incline, a functionality not available when using your own tablet or screen.
