Please note that installation services are exclusively available for selected Sports & Fitness equipment. Items such as Brackets, Pull-Up Bars, or Hooks for Punching bags are not eligible for installation provision.

Return Procedure:

Should you wish to initiate a return for an item, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at +971 56 963 6500 or via email at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item. The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, or unused, and returned to us within 7 days of receipt. Upon examining the condition of the returned product, a refund will be processed within 4-10 working days. To facilitate the return process, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. We kindly request that any defects in the item be reported to us within 1 business day from the date of delivery.

Refund Policy:

Please note that all Fitness & Sports equipment is non-refundable once unboxed or installed, under any circumstances. However, in the event of any mechanical defect on the equipment, the product shall be promptly replaced or repaired free of charge.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours from the time of online card payment. Once orders have been shipped, cancellation is no longer feasible; instead, a return request must be submitted.

Description

The original WaterRower rowing machine features a robust construction using high-quality oiled walnut wood. Its core component is the water tank, which is crafted from durable polycarbonate and boasts an ergonomically designed water paddle. This water tank is the heart of the WaterRower, providing consistent, smooth resistance while optimizing water utilization. Water resistance training proves highly effective and gentle on the joints. Additionally, the wooden structure effectively absorbs sound and vibrations, ensuring quiet and seamless operation.

The WaterRower's unique water tank mechanism is responsible for generating resistance, automatically adapting to the user's movements and strength input without requiring manual adjustments to increase or decrease resistance. The footboard, when in the optimal rowing position, offers excellent flexibility, and user comfort is further enhanced by adjustable straps and ergonomic foot pads.

For added functionality, the sleek S4 performance monitor can be equipped with the ComModule, enabling Bluetooth data transmission. This monitor displays all relevant workout information on a single screen while you row. The WaterRower is designed with incredibly durable rubber feet, which not only protect all types of flooring but also prevent skidding during use.

As you exercise, the seat moves silently along the rails, following your rowing stroke. It is ergonomically cushioned for added user comfort. When not in use, the WaterRower takes up minimal space, no larger than a chair when in an upright position. Thanks to its low center of gravity near the water tank, it can be easily lifted at the rail end, and the water remains securely contained in the tank regardless of its position.
