Return Procedure:

The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, or unused, and returned to us within 7 days of receipt. Upon examining the condition of the returned product, a refund will be processed within 4-10 working days. To facilitate the return process, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. We kindly request that any defects in the item be reported to us within 1 business day from the date of delivery.

Refund Policy:

Please note that all Fitness & Sports equipment is non-refundable once unboxed or installed, under any circumstances. However, in the event of any mechanical defect on the equipment, the product shall be promptly replaced or repaired free of charge.

The Dual Adjustable Pulley features robust cables with a 7 x 19 strand construction, ensuring strength and flexibility. These cables are lubricated and nylon coated for smooth operation. Additionally, the pulleys are 4.5 inches in diameter, made from fiberglass impregnated nylon, and equipped with sealed ball bearings for durability and efficient movement.
