Please note that installation services are exclusively available for selected Sports & Fitness equipment. Items such as Brackets, Pull-Up Bars, or Hooks for Punching bags are not eligible for installation provision.

Return Procedure:

Should you wish to initiate a return for an item, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at +971 56 963 6500 or via email at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item. The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, or unused, and returned to us within 7 days of receipt. Upon examining the condition of the returned product, a refund will be processed within 4-10 working days. To facilitate the return process, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. We kindly request that any defects in the item be reported to us within 1 business day from the date of delivery.

Refund Policy:

Please note that all Fitness & Sports equipment is non-refundable once unboxed or installed, under any circumstances. However, in the event of any mechanical defect on the equipment, the product shall be promptly replaced or repaired free of charge.

The HB005 air bike is part of the HI-ULTRA family, a series of fitness equipment specially designed for professional HIIT training. It has gained renewed popularity due to its high watt power outputs and user-friendly design. This air bike allows for compound training involving multiple joints and is frequently incorporated into CrossFit routines to enhance metabolic conditioning.

Our company's HI-ULTRA series is developed to meet the demands of high-intensity intermittent training (HIIT). By adhering to HIIT principles, the HI-ULTRA equipment helps trainers achieve efficient and extreme cardiovascular capability and speed, ultimately leading to explosive running ability and endurance. The Ultra Bike offers three training methods: upper limb, lower limb, and whole-body workouts. It improves body coordination and caters to various training needs.

The HB005 Ultra Bike's resistance is user-controlled, allowing users to autonomously adjust exercise intensity (the faster the push, pull, and ride, the greater the resistance). The bike features 30%-50% more blades than common Ultra Bikes, providing a broader range of watt power at the same RPM, and enabling users to seek higher physical challenges.

Equipped with a digital console offering three target modes, two intermittent modes, and a heart rate monitoring system, the HB005 boasts 26 ABS blades molded into one piece, making it more stable and quieter than traditional steel blades. The PVC-covered pedal synchronization handle ensures safe movement and a comfortable grip, while the PU foaming seat is ergonomically designed for a smooth exercise experience. The double-sided aluminum alloy foot accommodates trainers with varying intensity needs (professional cycling shoes can be fixed).
