Marcy 150lb Stack Home Gym | MWM-990

The MWM-990 150lb Stack Home Gym offers a comprehensive range of strength training exercises, providing a total body workout similar to what you'd find in a health club gym. It targets various muscle groups, allowing you to burn calories, build lean muscle, and achieve your fitness goals in the comfort of your home.

The resistance training with this home gym not only helps in developing powerful muscles but also increases your metabolic rate, aiding in weight loss. The equipment's design, utilizing pulleys and cables connected to a weight stack, eliminates the need to load and unload weight plates, saving you valuable time. Additionally, the setup ensures safety as the weights are never suspended over your body; they are stored behind a protective weight stack.

The compact design of the MWM-990 Stack Home Gym makes it perfect for any garage home gym, offering full-body workouts without occupying much space, unlike a larger Marcy Smith Machine. Even if you're not strong enough for pull-ups, the included lat bar and upper pulley allow you to work on the same muscles with adjustable weights.

With assembled dimensions of 68âL x 42âW x 78âH and a maximum weight capacity of 300lb, this solid piece of equipment is an excellent addition to your home workout routine, providing the benefits of a gym membership without the need to go to an external facility.

The dual action press arms with independent motion allow for chest press and vertical butterfly exercises.

Target your core while performing ab crunches with the upper pulley. Control resistance by adjusting the selectorized weight stack.

The press arms have oversized foam roller pads for added comfort while performing chest and pec fly exercises.

Work your lower body muscles with the total leg developer. Foam roller pads allow for a comfortable workout.

The preacher curl bicep pad is removable and adjustable to make isolated bicep exercises possible.

No need to stress about loading and unloading weight plates. The selectorized weight stack with lock allows you to do resistance training safely, while the safety lock prevents unauthorized usage.
