Installation Service:
Our esteemed customers can avail themselves of our professional installation service, wherein a qualified engineer will meticulously set up your home equipment at a time that suits your schedule. Please note that installation services are exclusively available for selected Sports & Fitness equipment. Items such as Brackets, Pull-Up Bars, or Hooks for Punching bags are not eligible for installation provision.
Return Procedure:
Should you wish to initiate a return for an item, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at +971 56 963 6500 or via email at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item. The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, or unused, and returned to us within 7 days of receipt. Upon examining the condition of the returned product, a refund will be processed within 4-10 working days. To facilitate the return process, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. We kindly request that any defects in the item be reported to us within 1 business day from the date of delivery.
Refund Policy:
Please note that all Fitness & Sports equipment is non-refundable once unboxed or installed, under any circumstances. However, in the event of any mechanical defect on the equipment, the product shall be promptly replaced or repaired free of charge.
Order Cancellation Policy:
Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours from the time of online card payment. Once orders have been shipped, cancellation is no longer feasible; instead, a return request must be submitted.
The RowErg by Concept2 is the benchmark for indoor rowing equipment, designed and constructed by rowers themselves. It is utilized globally by individuals of various ages and skill levels, seeking a comprehensive, gentle exercise that engages the entire body.
The Concept2 RowErg features a powerful Performance Monitor that connects via Bluetooth to a variety of apps, including our free app ErgData. ErgData allows you to customize workouts, track progress, row with others on a virtual course, and more. The RowErg also includes an adjustable device holder for phones and tablets. The Concept2 RowErg offers two leg options: standard and tall. The standard legs of the Concept2 RowErg set the seat height at 14 inches (36 cm), whereas the taller legs elevate the seat to 20 inches (51 cm) above the floor. The RowErg with standard legs is the successor to the Model D Indoor Rower, while the tall leg option replaces the discontinued Model E. It's important to note that taller users do not necessarily require the taller seat, as both machines can accommodate inseams up to 38 inches (96.5 cm). If your inseam exceeds this measurement, you may need an extra-long monorail.
