Please note that installation services are exclusively available for selected Sports & Fitness equipment. Items such as Brackets, Pull-Up Bars, or Hooks for Punching bags are not eligible for installation provision.
Return Procedure:
Should you wish to initiate a return for an item, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at +971 56 963 6500 or via email at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item. The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, or unused, and returned to us within 7 days of receipt. Upon examining the condition of the returned product, a refund will be processed within 4-10 working days. To facilitate the return process, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. We kindly request that any defects in the item be reported to us within 1 business day from the date of delivery.

Refund Policy:
Please note that all Fitness & Sports equipment is non-refundable once unboxed or installed, under any circumstances. However, in the event of any mechanical defect on the equipment, the product shall be promptly replaced or repaired free of charge.
