Please note that installation services are exclusively available for selected Sports & Fitness equipment. Items such as Brackets, Pull-Up Bars, or Hooks for Punching bags are not eligible for installation provision.

Return Procedure:

Should you wish to initiate a return for an item, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at +971 56 963 6500 or via email at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item. The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, or unused, and returned to us within 7 days of receipt. Upon examining the condition of the returned product, a refund will be processed within 4-10 working days. To facilitate the return process, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. We kindly request that any defects in the item be reported to us within 1 business day from the date of delivery.

Refund Policy:

Please note that all Fitness & Sports equipment is non-refundable once unboxed or installed, under any circumstances. However, in the event of any mechanical defect on the equipment, the product shall be promptly replaced or repaired free of charge.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours from the time of online card payment. Once orders have been shipped, cancellation is no longer feasible; instead, a return request must be submitted.

Key Features:

FRAME: The frame is robot-welded, powder-coated, and hardened. The front and seat post tubes are crafted from stainless steel, as are the two angles connecting the main frame to the base.

CRANK SYSTEM: Completely maintenance-free, the large 20kg/44lbs flywheel ensures smooth and quiet cycling. The drive from the crank to the flywheel is facilitated by a wide Poly V belt.

SIDE and TOP COVERS: Crafted from ABS plastic, these covers feature large service hatches on both sides for easy access during maintenance.

SEAT and HANDLEBARS: Offering multiple positions, the adjustment handles are designed for easy use, and the bars are coated with rubber for a comfortable grip.

TRANSPORT WHEELS: Fitted with heavy-duty bearings, the transport wheels make it effortless to move the bike.
