Return Procedure:

The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, or unused, and returned to us within 7 days of receipt. Upon examining the condition of the returned product, a refund will be processed within 4-10 working days. To facilitate the return process, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. We kindly request that any defects in the item be reported to us within 1 business day from the date of delivery.
Refund Policy:
Please note that all Fitness & Sports equipment is non-refundable once unboxed or installed, under any circumstances. However, in the event of any mechanical defect on the equipment, the product shall be promptly replaced or repaired free of charge.

The 4 mm thick ST-37/40 steel frame ensures durability, while the high-resistance 5 mm thick coated steel cable offers smooth and secure performance. The injected core seat provides the most ergonomic position, ensuring optimal body alignment, preventing padding deformation, and inhibiting bacterial growth. Additionally, the graphic information panel displays the muscle groups being trained and the correct exercise posture.
