Return Procedure:

The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, or unused, and returned to us within 7 days of receipt. Upon examining the condition of the returned product, a refund will be processed within 4-10 working days. To facilitate the return process, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. We kindly request that any defects in the item be reported to us within 1 business day from the date of delivery.
