With regards to installation, a proficient engineer will coordinate the setup of your home equipment at a time that aligns with your schedule. Please be advised that installation services are exclusively offered for selected Sports & Fitness equipment. Items such as Brackets, Pull-Up Bars, or Hooks for Punching Bags are ineligible for installation provision.
Should you wish to initiate a return for an item, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at +971 56 963 6500 or via email at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item. This is provided that the product remains in its original packaging, unopened, or unused, and is subsequently sent back to us within 7 days of receipt. Upon thorough examination of the returned product, a refund will be processed within 4-10 working days. To facilitate the return process, a receipt or proof of purchase is requisite. We kindly request that any defects discovered in the item be reported to us within 1 business day from the date of delivery. It is important to note that all Fitness & Sports equipment is non-refundable once unboxed or installed, under any circumstances. In instances of mechanical defects in the equipment, the product shall be replaced or repaired free of charge.
Order Cancellation Policy:
Orders may only be cancelled within 6 hours from the time of online card payment. Once orders have been dispatched, cancellation is no longer feasible; instead, a return request must be submitted.
To initiate a return and refund request, it must be done within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the item remains in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 2-5 working days after evaluating the condition of the returned item. Please be aware that this policy excludes pre-ordered or custom-manufactured items.
Exceptions to the Policy:

For equipment requiring installation, returns cannot be accommodated post-delivery and installation at the customer's premises. However, if a manufacturing defect is identified during installation, the faulty component will be replaced at no expense, or alternatively, the entire machine will be replaced. Refunds will be initiated within 2-5 working days after evaluating the condition of the returned product.
Regarding shoes and apparel, returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, in its original unsealed packaging, and includes all tags. All return requests must be made within three days of purchase. Sealed products are not eligible for returns, and due to hygiene considerations, returns are not accepted for the following items: nutrition products, wearable technology, mats, socks, towels, gloves, insoles, bandages, hand wraps, and similar items.
