About this item

An Intelligent Twist on Dumbbells

Whether you're training with a partner, tackling drop sets, or following fast-paced fitness classes, our adjustable dumbbells streamline your workout experience like never before.

Quick & Easy Adjustments: Twist the handle, feel the click, and set your weight effortlessly. Clear indicators make it simple to choose the right weight for your goals.

Roll-Free Design: Flat-bottom weight plates prevent rolling when resting between sets, offering stability for exercises like renegade rows and push-ups.

Precision Engineering: The dumbbell's length adjusts with the weight for perfect balance. A knurled metal handle provides a premium grip, while the tongue-and-groove system and interlocking connectors ensure secure, incremental adjustments of 2-kg.

Space-Saving Convenience: The compact design of the DB20 Adjustable Dumbbells replaces 10 traditional pairs, and the DB32 Adjustable Dumbbells replace 16 pairs, saving valuable space.
