This is provided that the product remains in its original packaging, unopened, or unused, and is subsequently sent back to us within 7 days of receipt. We kindly request that any defects discovered in the item be reported to us within 1 business day from the date of delivery. It is important to note that all Fitness & Sports equipment is non-refundable once unboxed or installed, under any circumstances. Regarding shoes and apparel, returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, in its original unsealed packaging, and includes all tags.
