With regards to installation, a proficient engineer will coordinate the setup of your home equipment at a time that aligns with your schedule. Please be advised that installation services are exclusively offered for selected Sports & Fitness equipment. This is provided that the product remains in its original packaging, unopened, or unused, and is subsequently sent back to us within 7 days of receipt. We kindly request that any defects discovered in the item be reported to us within 1 business day from the date of delivery. It is important to note that all Fitness & Sports equipment is non-refundable once unboxed or installed, under any circumstances.
