This is provided that the product remains in its original packaging, unopened, or unused, and is subsequently sent back to us within 7 days of receipt. We kindly request that any defects discovered in the item be reported to us within 1 business day from the date of delivery. Order Cancellation Policy:
Orders may only be cancelled within 6 hours from the time of online card payment. Once orders have been dispatched, cancellation is no longer feasible; instead, a return request must be submitted.
Refund Procedure:
To initiate a return and refund request, it must be done within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the item remains in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 2-5 working days after evaluating the condition of the returned item. Please be aware that this policy excludes pre-ordered or custom-manufactured items.
