With regards to installation, a proficient engineer will coordinate the setup of your home equipment at a time that aligns with your schedule. Please be advised that installation services are exclusively offered for selected Sports & Fitness equipment. Items such as Brackets, Pull-Up Bars, or Hooks for Punching Bags are ineligible for installation provision.

This is provided that the product remains in its original packaging, unopened, or unused, and is subsequently sent back to us within 7 days of receipt. Regarding shoes and apparel, returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, in its original unsealed packaging, and includes all tags.
